Can I use my international driver's license?
International drivers licenses are acceptable. Valid drivers license issued in your country and credit card must be in the same name.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required. The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) fee costs between USD 15.50 and USD 20.00 per day with a USD 300.00 deductible.
What are your age requirements?
Authorized drivers have to be at least 23 years of age.
Do you pick up and drop off customers?
Yes, we have a service to pick up and drop off customers for rentals.
Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle?
Yes, we do provide these services. FREE OF CHARGE.
Do you pick up at the airports?
Pick up from the airport and deliver to the airport is not required. After clearing customs, you will find our booth right outside of the airport.
What type of cars do you have?
We have economy, compact, intermediate, standard and premium cars. We even have pickup trucks, minivans and SUVs.
Do you have automatic or manual stick shift cars?
We have automatic cars and manual stick shift cars. The transmission details are different for each type of car.
Do you have air conditioned cars?
Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At Everts Car Rental all major credit cards are accepted. Debit cards can also be used upon arrival as a payment method.
Can I use another persons credit card for renting a vehicle?
Yes, but the card holder must present themselves with valid drivers license to sign the rental contract.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you. All major credit cards are accepted for deposit.
How much is the deposit?
The deposits is equal to the estimated amount of the rental plus USD 300.00 and it is required at the time of rental.
Do you offer accessories with your rentals?
We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles, like baby seats and GPS systems.
Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
Yes, additional charges apply when rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person. Additional driver fee is USD 5.00 per day per additional driver.
Is there an additional charge for fuel?
Yes, so vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of rental to avoid refuelling charges.
Is there an additional charge for underage?
Authorized drivers and additional drivers must be between 23 and 70 years old.
If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?
Yes, vehicles can be rented by the month and receive a special offer.
Do you have AAA, travel agencies or airport employee's discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts to members of some of these associations. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer coupons?
Yes we do, you can fill it in on the web site when available. Discounts are applicable ONLY on the rent.
Any other specials I should know about?
Yes, we currently offer unlimited mileage on all reservations for all vehicles.
If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?
Yes, we have a drop off service. Let us know in advance for instructions on where to leave your vehicle.
